Dirty and dark and unsafe. Did not stay and had to find another hotel as room uninhabitalbe.
None.
They say parking is free but it is not and sign not clear so go a fine. None at reception cold help us with refund. Told to phone head office which was closed for the weekend!

Nothing to complain about, the venue met the demands, would definitely recommend it. This was a such great stay for one or two nights. The location was marvellous, just off the restaurant where, nice area, and the nearby park, in a very very nice area. Besides, Lowestoft Harbour was 5 km away from the property. The food was fantastic and there were plenty of dishes in the menu.

Greatly enjoyed this good budget hotel. Outstanding food. - Very polite and nice staff. - the location was good and comfortable. - Near the restaurant for assistance, the centre, and a nice area. - Only 3 km away from Suffolk Wildlife Trust. I had a fantastic time at Winelodge in Lowestoft! the hotel is a great budget option with outstanding food. the staff were incredibly polite and nice, making my stay very enjoyable. Its location was convenient and comfortable, with amenities nearby and in a nice area. Plus, being just 3 km away from Suffolk Wildlife Trust was a big bonus.
